friendly staff lovely bathroom modern conveniences welcome feeling
the staff were very friendly, they took time to chat. i found our room fabulous with a lovely bathroom and mod cons. it. we had the best time, thanks to all the staff .
the hotel had no plug sockets by the bed.

charming stay with very nice views
amazing view cute staff super clean room
I found the location ideal with amazing views. the staff were cute. the cleanliness was notable. The room was super clean. i really liked the well-stocked bar that allowed us to relax.
i did notice the stair light at the top of a five-step staircase was missing.

The location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions. the provided breakfast offered a nice variety of options (i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit). the bar area was inviting. It was great.
the room lacked sufficient lighting in the corridors. i found the stairs a bit challenging, especially with luggage. there were no chairs in the bedroom, and there was limited space for hanging coats.

Really good Stay with Cute Atmosphere
cute atmosphere fresh fruit walk-in shower free wifi
The staff ensured all guests were well catered for , and the host was both informative and approachable. A lovely variety of fresh fruit accompanied the continental breakfast , and a full Welsh breakfast was available. The room had lovely toiletries and a walk-in shower. plenty of hanger space in the wardrobes. The free wifi and residents-only bar added to the convenience.
I found the lighting in some of the corridors and landings to be somewhat dim , which could be improved for better visibility.

The staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful. They provided useful tips about local attractions and dining options. The service at breakfast was excellent , with attentive and prompt attention to guest needs.

The hotel benefits from great views over the bay. Its hillside setting does mean a climb is needed , but it is manageable. The hotel's location is convenient for accessing local attractions.

cold room lingering smell
Our room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival. I got vague responses about the heating. Turns out, the central heating did NOT come on at all. All we had was a small electric heater. Waking up cold in the middle of the night wasn't acceptable. The air freshener masked a LINGERING smell that seemed like cat pee. REALLY frustrating.
